Rail Wagon Repair Campaign

A tier-one iron ore producer needed to stand up a wagon repair campaign fast and brought us in for extra leadership and delivery. Our people helped lead it, worked through the repair process with the crew, and re-sequenced the work to safely lift the rate to several wagons a day. The biggest win was safe access inside the wagons for weld repairs, so we designed and built an access and egress system that took people off working at height and freed up throughput.

Track Machine Fire Suppression Upgrade

A fire-suppression upgrade across ancillary rolling stock. It needed internal sign-off, regulator approval and vendor management, and no new holes were allowed in the machines, so we used 3D laser scanning to get first-time fitment. The full fleet was upgraded.
