Who we are
Project and engineering support for operations across WA.
We provide project management and engineering to mining and infrastructure operations across Western Australia, with a focus on practical delivery on brownfield and live sites.
We support clients from scoping and planning through execution, commissioning and operational readiness, working inside their systems and governance to deliver safe, practical work that suits the site. Our people have worked across mining, port, rail and infrastructure, so we can strengthen a delivery team and take execution risk off a job. We work out of Port Hedland, with people in Perth, across the Pilbara, Kimberley, Mid West, Gold Fields and Perth metro.
Our values
Six principles that hold on site.
Integrity
We're straight with people and own our work, delivering to your expectations, your governance and safe work practices.

We prioritise reliable, on-time delivery in live operational environments, balancing safety, cost and schedule.

We build solutions that work in the field.

We maintain a strong commitment to safe systems of work, aligned with client standards and site requirements.
Technology
We use data and digital tools to improve visibility and back better decisions on site.

Our people know their way around client systems and governance, so they can contribute quickly.
Our people
Experienced specialists who fit in quickly.
PPS is a group of experienced people who join client teams and bring practical judgement to live sites. We add capability where a team is stretched, without a long mobilisation or learning curve on your time.

We back the people who keep our home waters safe.
We support Port Hedland Volunteer Marine Rescue, who keep our home waters safe. The Pilbara isn't just where we work, it's where we live.
