Engineered wagon access and egress system in the repair workshop

Rail Wagon Repair Campaign

The client needed to stand up a wagon repair campaign at pace and brought in PPS for additional leadership and delivery support. Embedded PPS specialists helped lead the campaign, reviewed the end-to-end process with the team, and used dynamic prioritisation to safely ramp production up to multiple wagons a day. The highest-payoff opportunity we found, safe access inside the wagons for weld repairs, became an original access and egress system that removed at-height work and unlocked throughput.
